Rp 24.96 Trillion Collected From 13 Tax Revenues

Our target is to reach Rp 38.125 trillion this year

Jakarta Tax and Retribution Agency informs revenue collected from 13 types of tax during January-September 9, 2018 has reached Rp 24.96 trillion.

Those taxes are Vehicle Tax (PKB), Vehicle-Ownership Transfer Fee (BBNKB), Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB), Groundwater Tax, Hotel Tax, Entertainment Tax, Billboard Tax.

Then, Street Lighting Tax (PPJ), Parking Tax, Property Transfer Fee (BPHTB), Land Tax and Rural and Urban Buildings (PBB-P2), and Cigarette Tax.

Acting Jakarta BPRD Head (Plt), Faisal Syarifuddin said, his side continues to socialize and cooperate with stakeholders to make it easier for taxpayers to pay their taxes thus regional tax revenue could be optimized.

"Our target is to reach Rp 38.125 trillion this year. It has been realized for 65.47 percent. We are confident to reach this year's target," he affirmed, Wednesday (9/12).

In order to encourage taxpayers pay their taxes, Jakarta Government will not impose administration sanction for PKB, BBNKB, and PBBP2 taxes payment.

"This program is done from June 27-August 31, 2018. There is a significant increase in those three tax revenues compared with the previous months," he conveyed.
